CMI Solar, a premier provider of solar energy solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Advisor-Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Position Summary:

The successful Solar Sales Advisor-Senior Sales Representative will be energetic, organized, punctual, professional, and motivated to generate sales, develop strong relationships and close deals. The Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong knowledge of our company’s products and services
  • Develop, present, and promote our products and services to clients in an effective, professional, and proficient delivery.
  • Overcome objections of potential clients in a charismatic and energetic manner
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Ensure client data and relevant sales information is accurately created and stored using our CRM
  • Maintaining and updating relevant sales information
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales department, senior management in a professional manner in weekly and monthly intervals
  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Solar energy experiences an asset
  • 3 years in sales experience (B2C space) with a proven track record in achieving targets and KPIs
  • 3 years in customer service experience

Education and Certifications:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in relevant discipline preferred
  • Valid Drivers License

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven communication skills both verbal and written
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and reasoning skills to analyze and interpret information
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, external partners, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail

CMI Solar, a leading provider of solar energy solutions in Ontario, is seeking an experienced and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. The Solar Installer will be responsible for installing solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Install solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and battery storage systems, according to established specifications and safety standards.
  • Work with a team to ensure safe and efficient installation of solar energy systems.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all components are installed correctly and operating efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with solar energy systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting for each project.

Qualifications: 

  • Post-secondary education from a recognized college or trade school.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience installing solar energy systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within GTA.
  • Good physical fitness and hand-eye coordination.
